1. Who can file a complaint

The rights holder (author, performer, label, publisher) or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

2. What to include

  • Your name or company name and contact details.
  • Which work or recording is infringed.
  • Which release infringes: link to the platform, title, artist name and, if possible, UPC or ISRC.
  • Proof of your rights (contract, certificate, link to the official release) or of the representative's authority.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unlawful and that the information is accurate.
  • A signature (for electronic complaints — your full name).

3. Where to send it

To info@ownatmos.com with the subject “Copyright complaint”. Postal complaints to the provider: Individual entrepreneur Vachagan Gabrelyan, Tax ID (TIN) 28288386, Yerevan, Svachyan 50, Armenia.

4. How we handle it

  • We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  • If the complaint is complete and infringement is likely, we suspend the disputed release or request its takedown from platforms and freeze its royalties.
  • We notify the artist and give them 10 days to respond with proof of rights.
  • If the artist proves their rights, the release is restored. If the dispute continues, the parties settle it between themselves or in court; we comply with a court decision or the parties' agreement.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts of artists who repeatedly infringe others' rights are terminated.

6. Platform claims

Claims within platforms (for example YouTube Content ID) follow those platforms' rules; we help where we can through our delivery partners.

7. Knowingly false complaints

A person who files a knowingly false complaint is liable for the resulting damage under the law.
