1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Individual entrepreneur Vachagan Gabrelyan, Tax ID (TIN) 28288386, Yerevan, Svachyan 50, Armenia. We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection and, for users in the EU, taking the GDPR into account.

2. What data we collect

  • Account: email address and password (the password is stored only in encrypted form; we cannot see it).
  • Artist profile: artist name, country, photo, bio, links to platforms and social networks.
  • Releases: titles, names of artists, composers and lyricists, audio files, artwork, release dates.
  • Payout details: recipient, bank, account or IBAN, SWIFT — once you provide them. We do not store bank card numbers.
  • Records of rights confirmation and acceptance of terms: date, time and document version.
  • Correspondence with support.
  • Technical data: cookies for sign-in and language, IP address and browser information in security logs.

3. Why we use it

  • To run your account and perform the agreement: receive, review and deliver releases to platforms.
  • To calculate and pay royalties and keep accounting and tax records.
  • To contact you about releases, payments and security.
  • To protect the service against fraud, artificial streaming and copyright infringement.
  • To comply with the law.

4. Legal bases

Performance of our agreement with you, legal obligations (accounting, taxes), our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and your consent where required.

5. Who we share data with

  • Music platforms and delivery partners — release data (titles, credits, files, artwork) to publish your music.
  • Banks and payment providers — to accept payments and make payouts.
  • Hosting and cloud providers where the data is stored and the site runs.
  • An email service — to send emails.
  • Our accountant and public authorities — where required by law.
  • We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

6. International transfers

The main database and files are stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). To deliver music, release data is shared with platforms and partners in various countries. We choose partners that ensure adequate data protection.

7. How long we keep data

For as long as your account is active and your releases are live. After account deletion — no longer than accounting and tax rules require (usually up to 5 years for payment and royalty records); after that the data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

Access to data is restricted: each artist sees only their own data, and administrators see only what is needed to review releases. Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored in encrypted form and files are kept in private storage.

9. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to info@ownatmos.com — we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.

10. Children

People under 18 use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with the date of change.
