1. Only your music

  • Release only what you own all rights to: the recording, music, lyrics and artwork.
  • Someone else's beat — only with a licence that allows commercial release on platforms. Many free and leased beats don't — check the terms.
  • Samples — only cleared ones or from libraries licensed for commercial use.
  • Covers — only with the song's real authors credited. Ask support about cover terms before submitting.
  • AI-assisted music is allowed if you own the rights to the result and it doesn't copy other people's voices or works.

2. What you can't release

  • Other people's tracks, remixes and recordings without the rights holder's permission.
  • Duplicates of already released recordings, silence, noise and tracks without musical content; mass-produced lookalike releases.
  • Impersonating other artists: their names in titles or artist names, "feat." without real participation, titles like "in the style of…" or "type beat".
  • Incitement to violence or hatred, extremist or otherwise illegal material, sexual content involving minors.

3. No artificial streaming

Artificially inflating streams is prohibited: bots, farms, paid "promotion" that guarantees streams. Platforms remove such releases and don't pay royalties for them. We may take the release down and withhold royalties earned from artificial streams.

4. Release details

  • Write your artist name the same way everywhere — otherwise platforms create a second profile.
  • No emojis, links, hashtags or unnecessary capitals in titles.
  • Mark Explicit if a track contains explicit language. Choose the genre honestly.

5. Artwork

Square, at least 3000×3000, JPG or PNG. No platform logos, links, contacts, QR codes or prices, no images you don't have rights to, no pornography or violence.

6. What happens if the rules are broken

We'll reject the release and explain why. If a violation is found after release, we'll take it down from platforms. Repeated or serious violations lead to account termination. Payments for releases removed for violations are not refunded (see the Refund policy).
